ABOUT

Hey, Iā€™m Paulina, aka the founder of ā€˜with Paulinaā€™.

Iā€™m a Yoga Instructor, dancer and empath born in Poland, raised in England and living in Germany now since 2017. I created this community where we meet for various practises for the healing of the body, mind and soul. Inclusive and heart-led spaces for anyone interested in exploring self, through movement, community and many other practices in a non-judgemental, loving and welcoming environment.Ā 

My healing journey began mainly in 2014, when I was diagnosed with Rheumatoid arthritis. Until then I was living in survival mode, just focusing on what others need and saying “I will be happy if they are happy”… But then everything changed. I began focusing on my own healing, which was super messy first before it all began to make sense. After all, I had no idea who I even was, what I liked…

I was taken down a path of learning about trauma, unexpressed emotions and how it affects our health. I discovered yoga, energy, affirmations, journaling and mindset work. All helping me heal on a deep Soul level.Ā

MORE THAN YOGA

One of the most helpful tools I’ve found along my journey is learning who I am, what I feel, what my body, mind and soul feel separately and being able to express it. The raw, the real, unedited version of what I’m experiencing/sensing/feeling. This is what inspired me to create this container and all other classes and sessions for you.

Since then I have been teaching internationally online as well in person, groups and private healing classes. Embodying the healing aspects of a yogic lifestyle by leading a class with physical movement, meditation, breathwork and more to provide you with an all round healing.

Accessible to everyone, to the more frequent and less frequent yogis,Ā  trauma informed classes, creating a safe space for you to be who you are without any judgements.Ā Although I now hold spaces for yoga, women’s circles, cacao ceremonies and retreats, I will forever consider myself a student on their own healing journey. Continuing not only my education, but also my own self discovery, self love and healing. I continue to add to my knowledge through courses and workshops, but also through my own experience and work. If I havenā€™t learned, tried or applied something in my own life then it will not show up in the spaces I hold and teach at. Heart led spaces for me means intuitively guided, but always loving, honest and caring.

With Yoga I Am More In Tune With My Body, It Helps Me Realise My Worth, My Confidence, My Selfā€“Love, Notice And Work On My Own Thoughts.

Understanding That Each One Of Us Is On Their Own Journey, Yet We Are All So Connected.
